I help people discover and uncover blocks - things that are in your energy field and in your mind, preventing you from living the life you want to be living. I can help you get out of ruts, reach new goals, or dream up new ones. Put the oomph back into living. Reach your potential. Heal. Rest. Smile.
A good place to start is often with Reiki, or Ra~Sheeba. We get into your energy field and reduce or eliminate physical aches and pains, as well as the emotional ones - even the ones that you've been carrying for years. We work to release the burdens weighing you down, anxieties and fears, and fill you back up with positive, loving energy. We get your chakras open and flowing so that you can too. My intuition guides me, and allows me to see what's going on under your layers, giving me the insight you need to release all that no longer serves you. And often, during a session, messages from Spirit come through. When you are ready to receive what they have to deliver, your own guides and departed loved ones will deliver messages that bring incredible peace and a very profound level of healing. You'll come to know our loved ones are always with us and that we have help...you are never alone. Learn to trust that. Learn to ask for help and guidance. Learn to listen to your own higher self, and your own guides. Learn that you are safe and provided for and entitled to happiness and perfect health. Learn to know that beyond any doubt and watch the magic begin, the magic that is your life!

Learn to keep yourself shielded and filled up energetically. Build confidence and healthy relationships. Learn to dream big, and watch them come true. I can teach you how to manifest the things and life you want, and when you're in a place of feeling good, inside and out, you'll see just how easy it really is.
That's what I can do for you. I can help you get the momentum rolling in the opposite direction, but you've got to keep pushing on your own. I can show you the way. But how you progress and how quickly and how far is entirely up to you. You've got to do your part. I will ask it of you. I will expect it. Because I know you can. It won't always be easy. But our best growth always comes from struggle. The seed has to wriggle its way out of the dirt before it can bloom. You just need a little fertilizing and sunshine to show you the way! You're strong enough. I know you can do it.
